This cheesy spinach artichoke chicken pasta recipe was a little outside our wheelhouse as we have never had artichokes before but I have to say, it was delicious. The artichokes give the food a very mild sour “twang”. The spinach balances it well and helps to tone down the sour so that they compliment each other well. Making sure to cook the pasta al dente will really help to give this a five star restaurant flavor. The cream is light and savory and gives you the perfect amount of “cheesiness”. We didn’t change a thing about this recipe because it was a first time recipe for us. Credit is due to Call Me PMc for the creation of this outstanding dish. This post is short due to the fact that she ask that the recipe not be copied in any form, including the ingredient list so I will just pass on the link for her Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Recipe here. Enjoy!
